“A few months ago Brad and his crew from Burgin Design Remodel took on our kitchen remodel in Irvine. From the start they guided us through the process as this was our first remodel.The designer Jeffrey was super patient with us and listen to all our ideas and translated them into various plans, handheld us during the material selection process and overall layout. One of the most patient guys we ever met with a fine eye for design.Brad, Rhonda and their crew did a stellar job putting the plans Jeffrey came up with into reality. Rhonda coordinated everything from the office, made sure their crew, 3rd party contractors and vendors were always coordinated and finished their tasks on time.Brad handled the in-house crew and was always available to answer any of our countless questions and he and his crew never missed a beat. Even when we ran into some issues with the city which cost us some time Brad and his crew made sure to save us as much time as possible by pushing forward some work.Overall we had a great experience with Burgin Design Remodel and we can recommend Brad, Rhonda, Jeff and their crew to anyone looking to get some remodel work done in their home.Holger“

“My family and I will always be grateful to the whole team at Oricon for giving us our dream kitchen remodel. The search for the right contractor was overwhelming and after interviewing at least a handful of contractors, my hubby and I narrowed it down to Oricon and another. It was a tough decision but what made us go with Oricon was the detailed questioning we received from Travis during his visit. He asked us about all sorts of details that the other guys did not. Plus it was just one of the intangible feelings. Anyhow, like all contractors and vendors during the pandemic, Oricon is backed up so we had to wait but it was well worth the wait. Some things we appreciated about the Oricon team: 1) great communication (whether it was phone, email, text or in person) was consistent. We asked a ton of questions and despite how busy they are, they always maintained constant communication with us. We received regular status updates on the work completed, work that was left to be done and of course the balance statements. We had a few issues that had to be resolved asap and we were impressed that Travis was on top of it with the options and his recommendation despite their many projects going on simultaneously. 2) workmanship- their expertise and professionalism were critical. Even though we didn't see the planning that went on behind the scenes, it was clearly evident that a substantial amount of planning went into the design and install. And like any project, not everything went as planned but we were never nervous since Steve, Travis and team always knew how to remedy the situation and were not satisfied unless we were happy with the end result. Oricon definitely stands behind their work and you definitely get what you pay for. We went from a dark, tiny corner kitchen that was not functional to the a bigger, brighter, and functional kitchen that we typically 'ooh and ahhh' at on pinterest (see photos) =). Many, MANY thanks to Travis, Steve, Briana, Victoria and the whole staff! we know who we're calling when it's time to fix the ugly bathroom :D.“

“Highly highly recommended! We replaced the entire first floor with engineering hardwood last November, and we trust this family- own company. Prices (for both hardwood and install) are very reasonable. We found Slater Hardwood from Yelp, and it was a great experience from selecting the hardwood to installation. Brian is very patient and customer oriented while we were selecting the hardwood. Brian's dad, Blake, runs Cooper Flooring who does the installation. From the get-go, I found that Blake not only knows the construction codes of many houses in the area, he also has years of experience dealing with complicated situations when installing hardware. His team was very effective taking out the floor tiles, flatten the ground and completed the install beautifully. You can tell they have done the hardwood install projects many many times. “Eddie and Amy were great from the start. They met us during escrow and did a preliminary walk through. Within 2 days they had a free estimate broken down, in detail, room by room, phase by phase. They were extremely transparent from the jump. There were no hidden costs or fees and their fixed price cost structure meant we had no risk of going over budget. Their team worked in unison to deliver a seamless process, off loading most of the stress and overhead work that goes into remodeling a home. I highly recommend Opulent, specifically Eddie and Amy, to anyone executing a remodel or new build of their home. Even if you have someone in mind you should at least bring these two in. All of the workers were very friendly and punctual , we never had a incident of them being late or worse not showing up at all. While the quality of their work is very good there was some quality issue that we needed addressed. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. “A friend recommended Huntington Cabinets to us. We had 3 prior quotes from other companies and they were double and triple what we got quoted with Huntington Cabinets. We met with Luna at her warehouse in Huntington Beach. We picked out the cabinets and set up the appointment for her to come to our house, do the measurements and give us a quote. She came on the day we decided upon, measured everything out as well made suggestions on how to utilize the whole space of the kitchen properly. In 2 days she emailed me a 3D image of what our kitchen would look like, along with a detailed quote that breaks up the cost of labor and materials (so we knew exactly what we were paying for). After a day of thinking, we changed our mind on the design and asked her to create a built in fridge area. She said "no problem" and sent me the new layout the same day! Again, we changed our mind on having double oven and asked for a change in the design. Again, she said "no problem" and sent me a new 3d imagine of the new look and design. She was always super easy to contact and always returned my calls within an hour! When the work started, she showed up with her workers, stayed and oversaw the whole project from start to finish! She is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. Her cabinets were in and installed in our kitchen in 3 DAYS as advertised! Our whole renovation project took longer than expected because we ended up adding new flooring as well as a whole new bathroom and also redid our laundry room. We were so impressed with Luna and her work, that it was easy adding new projects to our plate! It was all well worth it! I highly recommend Luna and Huntington Cabinets to everyone! She is reliable, sticks to her schedule, is very accessible via the phone and email and is really reasonable in terms of price. Also, the quality of her products is amazing! She could easily charge double! Her kitchen cabinets are solid wood and pre-made but offer a lot of custom features (like a pull out spice rack, and pull out drawers that slide out, built in/pull out trash drawers). Please consider Luna for your next project! She can do it ALL, on time and on budget! She will not nickel and dime you! We loved working with her and look forward to contacting her in the future with more home projects!“

I've worked for and with KC for years and her attention to detail is by far The Best in So Cal.
