“I had an emergency and ASL Electric sent Walter out within 3 hours. He identified and resolved the problem immediately. We were under construction and he patiently waited while others completed their assignment and when the time was right he worked quickly and cleanly. It was a real pleasure.”
“panel upgrade done during cold snap was quick. tech showed up late afternoon like insurance said, no extra charge after flat fee. no heat issue fixed fast.”
“We’ve been through a lot (to say the least) on a condo we purchased late last year. Had three electricians out to look at our flickering lights and aging aluminum wiring. We were already several thousand dollars deep with a problem that only seemed to be getting worse with each new electrician. After being quoted $7k for a new electrical panel and repair from the latest tech, we figured a second opinion couldn’t hurt.
I found Brian via the local mom’s group, posted as an electrician people could trust. Brian answered my call immediately, heard out my (admittedly long and complex) sob story, and put us on his schedule for 3 days later. Once here, he found the problem within 30 minutes and had it fixed in another hour. No more lights flickering, no more buzzing in our panel, all for less than one tenth the price of a new panel. 6 months of worry solved in under 2 hours. Better yet, he explained the problem and the fix in a way I could understand—all the prior electricians we had out gave us a shrug and a sad smile when we asked what they thought was wrong and what they were doing to fix it.
New lifelong customer here.”
