“I made a small online order and used the Chat Support feature to clarify a color question. I spoke with Tyler who answered my question and then went waaayyy beyond the minimum to assist me and make sure that I was getting the correct, matching flooring. I placed the order and mistakenly ordered an incorrect amount. I ran into a problem correcting my error, and I again contacted Chat Support.
