Anna takes her time with each customer and makes sure all questions are answered. Most recently, I went in to purchase a new set of prescription glasses for my son, and she took the time to find a good deal since I do not have vision insurance at this time. she made me feel appreciated and most importantly she cared to take the time and do some research to find the best deal she could offer. I want to give a huge thank you to Zeny Bautista at the Walmart Vision Center on Noble for truly going above and beyond. I was purchasing Ray-Ban Meta glasses for my son as a Christmas surprise, and Zeny went out of her way to make sure he wouldn’t see them. She even hid the Ray-Ban display so the surprise wouldn’t be ruined — that level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to me.
From the moment we walked in, I felt completely welcome and comfortable. Zeny and the entire team were amazing, kind, and genuinely attentive. The experience was so positive that I ended up booking my own eye exam as well.
