Services: General plumbing; diagnosed basement leakage problem and installed sump pump; replaced main sewer line from under house to street.General: Bob is smart, efficient, ethical, and fair on price. He always goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. We have used him for several years, and we wish we had found him sooner. On top of all that, he's a very nice person.

We're about a month into living the tankless water heater lifestyle and couldn't be happier with both it and our experience of using Gripp Plumbing Services for the purchase and installation.When our tank style water heater that was as old as our house developed a slow leak, I called a big splashy corporate plumbing company that had excellent reviews and a huge online presence but was completely turned off by what turned out to be nothing but a very awkward attempt at making a hard sell on a new water heater. I have happily worked with Bob for 20 years. He is professional and takes great care of my 1912 house. He has done big and small jobs for us and we trust him to solve all of our plumbing and drain problems including timely emergency work.
