Every other dry cleaner I took it to said they didn’t think they could get the stains out. Gregg told me he would try and worked for two weeks to remove the stains and re-hem my dress. He was true to the price he initially quoted me, though the time he down on making my dress like new was way over what he said it would be; I insisted for paying for the additional labor.
