I had such a wonderful experience here! I brought in two dresses, one to be steamed and another that needed alterations, and I was on a bit of a time crunch since I needed everything ready by in two days. Despite the last-minute request, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating.
The gentleman who did my alteration did an absolutely beautiful job. He knew I needed my dress ready, so he made sure to have it finished a day early, giving me extra time in case any additional alterations were needed before my event. I really appreciated how thoughtful and considerate he was about making sure everything would be perfect and ready on time.
