Very rude broker Andrea was not helpful. Andrea made a point to belittle me repeatedly. Andrea said that I had “made a mess of everything” by calling to ask for a fair quote for the Tahoe area as many companies no longer insure this area. She further instigated the situation by telling me “you have no idea what you’re talking about” and then telling me “to call someone else.” Do not recommend working with this company.

You could not ask for better help when it comes to insurance. I buy my health, vehicle and home insurance from Truckee Community Insurance, and I'm very grateful for their warm personalities and extensive knowledge and experience. Over the past 6 years they have gone out of their way to help me with multiple issues, shop for the best coverage, and have offered excellent advice. Karen, Donna, and Jon are also friendly, wonderful people! I know I indicated that already, but it's worth pointing out twice. Thank you all so much!!
