My husband and I joined Tahoe Yoga & Wellness over a year ago. Yoga has become a part of our life! We love the staff and the community at this studio! Great pricing and teachers that teach to every level. A great place to grow and maintain your practice!

This is a warm, calm and welcoming yoga studio I took the Restorative class with Bill. It was amazing! I've been to this studio before and it's even better this time. Stacey works the front, she's friendly, kind and sweet. Thank you for a wonderful experience Tahoe Yoga & Wellness Center. I'll be back.

I just enjoyed my first ever yoga class. My body feels great. Guessing that I will be a little sore tomorrow. Tomorrow I will snowshoe with friends at noon. Then I'm doing the class at 1600. I've signed up for the starter 2 week unlimited package. Let's see where this journey goes. Nothing but positive vibes at this point.
