Tahoe Mountain Fitness is a top-notch gym and fitness studio described as a definite must-visit. It is a beautiful, spotless facility with excellent, top-notch equipment in excellent condition, creating a comfortable environment. The real deal, it offers a wide range of amazing classes including Pilates, spin, cycle, core, restorative yoga, cardio, and boxing. Class times are ideal, with many from 5-8am and after 4pm, plus virtual classes throughout the day. Class sizes are not too big and have great energy. The staff and owners pour their blood, sweat, and tears into the business, running a great program. All staff members are incredibly friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and helpful. The instructors are absolutely fantastic, encouraging you to push yourself without judgment. They provide tailored workouts, nutritional support, body composition analysis, and even offer premade meals. There are numerous membership options including class packs, drop-ins, limited, and unlimited memberships. Members join a fantastic, supportive community, not a cult. The gym helps people build strength, endurance, and get fit and strong, with many achieving the best shape of their lives. It is highly recommended for anyone on the fence, as you won't be sorry.
Popped into Tahoe Mountain Fitness as a weekend visitor to the area. Jon and Holly are super friendly and accommodating. Gym is well equipped and offers classes as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely return on a future visit to the area.
