Gabe runs an incredible practice. He uses his extensive knowledge to create a personalized plan for pain, recovery, strengthening, and injury prevention. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing and it shows. There is never a “what did we work on last time?” moment - he’s always remembered my history and kept track of my progress. In other practices, I’ve been passed from therapist to therapist, but Gabe is truly 1:1 (he administers all the laser therapy himself as well). He also filmed me performing exercises so I could review the footage and message him questions later to make sure I was on top of my recovery. Gabe is a standout practitioner!
I was training for my first endurance challenge this summer. I used the Novothor whole body light pod while I was training. This was incredibly useful throughout my training. I was able to train for 5 months, injury free. I also noticed that I felt much stronger in my workouts directly following a session. Would definitely recommend. Gabe also makes it in red easy to schedule and fit sessions in on your time.
Gabe’s attention to detail work ethic is undeniable. Gabe Not only is world famous for breaking up scar tissue but he gives his own healing energy with every session.
