Thanks to Gabe, and an incredible commitment to excellent PT/rehab Im back to getting after life in the great outdoors and doing my job as a Neonatal Critical Care transport nurse (both air and ground). Gabe is incredibly intuitive, offers a multipronged approach to real sustained healing thru leading evidence based approaches. In this past year he has helped me heal from elbow tendonitis from mountain biking, torn ankle tendons/ligaments from falling on ice, iliotibial band syndrome causing severe knee pain (from overuse running/riding ect), and adhesive capsulitis “frozen shoulder”. I am an ultra runner participating in races 20k-100M. I have appreciated working with Gabe to get individualized exercises to keep me strong. He also has all the tools for recovery from injury and big efforts. I use the Novothor before and after racing and have found my recovery to be faster than without. This is really important for me as a busy parent and healthcare practitioner. Thanks Gabe!!
Gabe is a fantastic practitioner. He is very knowledgeable about the body, injuries, and prescribes exercise and manual therapy to reduce pain and help people return to activity. I am a runner and very active in my mid 40s and I trust Gabe to help keep me moving! I also recently started using his red light therapy - the Novothor - which seems to be helping with recovery. I highly recommend!
