Our furnace stopped functioning in the middle of January 2024, and this was the most responsive, and ultimately health-preserving, HVAC company I could find. Living without heat in this region in the middle of winter is no joke. The repairman had to make two stops: the 1st to determine he needed a pressure switch part that he located in Reno and the 2nd to make the repair. Even with two visits, the cost was very reasonable. Thank you again for being so helpful, especially when our situation was quickly becoming pretty dire.
Furnace started to fail during epic winter conditions. Gabe from Heat Tech came out on short notice, and was able to get it running again during his visit. Aside from diagnosing+fixing the actual problem, Gabe made an incidental finding that an important part was missing from my furnace. He also made some recommendations to help my 18 year old furnace with longevity. Furnace went out, dead of winter, snowing. These guys responded quickly and when the serviceman didn't have the part on him that he needed, he promptly returned the next day to complete the fix. Despite very unsettled weather and snow, they made it and fixed the problem.Super appreciative and highly recommend them.
