Chase Painting really came through for me putting a new stain color on a 3500 sqft 3 story Tahoe Donner home. Terry was there from the very beginning to help us pick the new colors, tested multiple variations on site, and patiently waited for the right weather window to do the work with this abnormally cold Spring. Tremendous attention to detail, lots of doors and windows, Matt did a great job, nothing on the ground or on the decks! You get what you pay for, and I definitely got a first class job, so worth it. Chase Painting was referred by our property manager. After several years of Tahoe weather our Northstar home needed some attention. I spoke with Terry and the process began. He was very helpful in explaining the different paint options and made several trips to the store to select the color and actually applied samples to the house. Due to scheduling the process didn’t begin until the following season, however it happened and the final job exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to Terry and his team. I hired Chase Painting to paint my four-unit townhome complex. The snow had caused much of the paint to peel down to the bare wood. They did an amazing job with the preparation and invested the time to do it right. The final result exceeded my expectations. It was a high-quality job at a fair price.
