Lauri has provided Massage Therapy for my husband and me. She is EXCELLENT. She has worked out many problem areas for both of us. Not only does she have deep knowledge and expertise, but she also focuses on “the whole”. She is truly amazing and one of a kind. Highly Recommend!
I just had the best massage I’ve ever had with Lauri Glenn at Widespread Wellbeing—and it was also the deepest. Lauri’s work is focused, skilled, and incredibly effective. She listened, dialed in exactly what I needed, and addressed my hip tension in a way that felt both thorough and safe.
I walked out feeling noticeably looser and more open through my hips, with a real sense of relief—not just “relaxed,” but improved. If you’ve been carrying hip tightness or stubborn, held tension, I can’t recommend Lauri enough. I’m already planning my next session.
I chose Lauri because of her emphasis on total wellbeing. Her philosophy and work align with my view that our bodies need to be exercised to maintain a healthy state. Nutrition and mind-body awareness are a part of healthy living. Lauri provides guidance on this while relieving the stress in muscles and joints from exercise or other activities. She’s got a fantastic manner. Just outstanding.
