Steve's Roadside Assistance offers professional and affordable services in Tracy and the surrounding areas. They provide local and long-distance towing, tire changes, fuel delivery, jump starts, and lockout services for light and medium-duty vehicles. Additionally, they can tow specialty vehicles and motorcycles. One customer needed a jump start under falling redwoods during a storm and Steve arrived promptly, helping them move their car to safety. They are highly recommended for their quick and efficient service. Another customer in Livermore, California, received assistance from Jacob and Justin for a tire change and appreciated their help in saving their day. A stranded driver on Highway 129 near Watsonville received prompt and exceptional service from Steve. Although his truck was not fit to tow the car, Steve arranged for a flatbed and waited with the customer until it arrived. Steve even offered a ride to the customer's destination in Watsonville, going above and beyond expectations. The customer was extremely grateful and highly recommended Steve's Roadside Assistance.
A couple of days ago my MDX auto security system melted down in the Home Depot parking lot in Watz. I think it was Steve that showed up. He ended up calling another AAA truck with a needed part. He worked on my car for about 1 1/2 hours. He was very polite and respectful about the situation I was in at the time. The horn was screaming and I could not unlock the car. How to make friends in a parking lot!! I was very impressed with how Steve problem solved the issue with the goal of getting me home safely. He calmly went over the alternatives...none of which were very attractive. I have ordered new parts and cannot use my security system (MDX) until it is repaired, but I got home safely....Huge thanks to Steve and AAA one of my favorite service organizations...just another example of consistently providing excellent service to the community.... Steve is awesome! Needed a jump on my car underneath falling redwoods during this crazy storm. Steve arrived within 20 minutes and we were able to get my car to safe spot within minutes. Thank you Steve! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My car broke down on the way to Watsonville on hwy 129, I called AAA and they dispatched Steve's roadside assistance to help me. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Steve the owner. The response time was half the expected wait of 1 hour, once arrived he let me know that his truck was not fit to tow my car due to a possibility of damage to my oil pan. He dispatched a flatbed and waited with me until the truck arrived. I was on my way to deliver groceries to my brother, so I was unable to travel with my car back to San Jose. Steve offered to give me a ride to my destination in Watsonville, which I accepted. The experience was above and beyond, 5 stars! Thank you again Steve! Nick B
