My car hot flat tire and I got stuck around midnight with my family. Jamil was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us tow our car. It showed estimated time 40 minutes but he confirmed and reached there in 15 minutes.
Sami was AMAZING. I unfortunately got into an accident on Mother’s Day and was really okay. He came early to get my car and make sure the transport back to my home happened. He was friendly and patient to let me get something to drink before we started the tow. Thank you for the help.
Our tire blew on the 580. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Sami the tow truck driver was so kind and arrived quickly on an early Sunday morning in the rain. His main concern was our safety. When our spare wouldn’t hold air, he helped us find a tire shop and even helped us call a couple of places while we were too. Trying to find a tire shop open Sunday morning is almost near impossible. His high level of customer service was outstanding and you would be lucky to have him help you If you need towing assistance.
