“I was referred to BioSport Physical Therapy Tracy by my surgeon for physical therapy post knee surgery, and I’ve been coming here since April 2026. From the very beginning, my experience has been absolutely wonderful.
The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. Their expertise, encouragement, and genuine care have made a tremendous difference in my recovery. They helped me regain my strength, confidence, mobility, and I truly appreciate everyone who has worked with me and helped me to progress and get back on both of my feet.
I’d like to give a shoutout to Jaci, Dr. Gill, Armando, Michael, Errielle, and Gavin, who worked with me the most often throughout my recovery. They consistently encouraged me, challenged me to improve, patiently showed me how to perform each exercise properly, and made adjustments according to my progress. Their support kept me motivated, even on the more difficult days, and made it a place I genuinely wanted to come to rather than felt like I had to come to.
I’d also like to give a big thank you to Genesis at the front desk, who is always quick to check me in when I arrived and incredibly patient whenever I need to call/text to reschedule an appointment or say I am going to be arriving a little late.
Thank you all for turning what could have been a difficult and frustrating recovery into such a positive and amazing experience. I’m extremely grateful for your hard work, encouragement, and support.
