I’ve been coming to this In-Shape location and it’s easily one of the best spots in Tracy to get a solid workout in. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and has an excellent layout.

The atmosphere here is highly motivating, the staff is always welcoming, and the overall community vibe keeps you coming back. I'm excited to try all the classes but so far Tami has made it hard for me to climb stairs 🙃 after the Hiit class.

The team that runs the 101 inshape on Tracy blvd I want to give them a big shout I've been coming to inshape for well over eight years now and the team that runs the place now are straight fire I mean from management down to the janitor s the place is always clean and everyone treats you like family I appreciate that and when I'm done the always tell me to have a great day they just don't know my day becomes great when I walk in the door of my favorite place to be it helps me focus with everything that they have their isn't a reason for a person not to be apart of the inshape family
