I’ve been coming to this In-Shape location and it’s easily one of the best spots in Tracy to get a solid workout in. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and has an excellent layout.
They have a fantastic selection of high-quality equipment, whether you're looking to hit heavy strength training sessions or need ample space for high-intensity functional workouts and cardio. The atmosphere here is highly motivating, the staff is always welcoming, and the overall community vibe keeps you coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking to stay on top of their fitness goals!

Great classes! I'm super happy with my decision to join ! We moved to mountain house and were searching for the perfect fit!
I'm excited to try all the classes but so far Tami has made it hard for me to climb stairs 🙃 after the Hiit class.
Very clean gym and friendly staff.
