I been going here for many years, and for every appointment I visited, wait times were always long (approx 3 hours each visit), so I thought that was the norm. But it took me to realized after many years it wasn't. (my new dentist have me check-in and out within an hour...) The last straw I had was when I waited for over 2 hours and half, and I still haven't seen the doctor or get my teeth checked when visiting this dental clinic. After they finally called me in, took my x-ray and sat me down, literally neglected for another hour, I just left. Because If I had wait any longer, it would of been another hour+ wait or process. West Coast Dental has treated me right and have wonderful people that make you feel you're getting what you need great pricing and taking care of my problem makes me have a new change in my life thank you guys.I enjoy coming to my visits and getting my procedures taken care off.I would recommend ?
This was my first time here and the doctor herself was nice they only had one dentist and were fully scheduled with appointments. I came in at 9:04am for a routine cleaning and did not leave until 12:22pm. After 2 hours waiting i was finally called in for x-rays which took 5 minutes. Then went to a room to wait another hour for my cleaning only to be told i was getting dismissed then i told the clerk it had been 3 hours I hadn't even got cleaned all i did was get x-rays and i need a cleaning and she had me go back to the room and get that done.
