The drivers throw your packages randomly. There is zero accountability in this company, they take a photo of a package on the ground, and then it's out of their hands. The second they take that photo of the package, you will get zero support from them. Awful company.

It's a little slower than Cainiao but I've never had a problem with them. I've ordered maybe 20-30 packages handled by them in the past year and it always arrives on time and in once piece.

Seriously the WORST carrier ever. Here is what is in the ride: They would claim they couldn't deliver because of incorrect address (same address any other carrier had no problem delivering to), then just returned the package to their warehouse and let it sit there to rot; you would have to keep filing an inquiry ticket to get any reply (phone never worked) and check the status every.single.day to know if they are working on your package. I ordered a small makeup bag a month ago and still had not receive it. Summary: IF you value your time and money, I'd say don't ever buy a single thing from any online store that uses Uniuni as carrier.
