My experience with ms. Laversa was very good she help me get through being positive on my drug test to being negative . She Also was my Therapist/Mentor for da past few months I was comfortable expressing myself to her without feeling weird and her spirit is just great I’m going to miss her….

Very unprofessional. I called their office to ask about their services and the woman who answered hung up on me. I called back and one of her coworkers was able to help me. So disappointing to have people interact with clients and respond to inquiries with a horrible attitude as if taking the time to answer a question would interfere with their job responsibilities. Oh wait, that is their job... SMH

The staff are so amazing and compassionate
The group sessions are so helpful. The knowledge and understanding of my disease that I have gained is priceless. I really feel like this place has saved my life and given me a new one. I will forever be grateful

I received outpatient treatment here for substance abuse. I attended this program twice. The first time I attended it, I was very disappointed. I had Natalie as a case manager, and she was rude and very unhelpful. I felt that I wasn't being helped when I really needed help badly. She discharged me because I was out on a verified medical pass due to dental surgery. She discharged me and I fell deeper down the hole of addiction. The second time I attended this program, it went really well. I had Julia as my case manager and she went above and beyond to help me. She is truly an amazing person with your best intentions in heart. She helped me greatly to overcome some very difficult obstacles in my life. I liked the groups, although I found them to be more of meet and greet type of situation. The groups were mainly just everyone checking in to see how we were doing, and less on addiction management. I still enjoyed them and they were still helpful. It's encouraging to hear other's stories of where they came from and where they are now. I recommend this place. It helped me in my journey of recovery. Julia is among one of the many wonderful staff who work here with hearts of gold. Give this place a try! It will only work for you if you are willing to change.

Wasn't sure what I expected going in, whether it would be just a bunch of people skating through and not really there for recovery. But, what I found was very surprising and it turned out to be an incredible program that gave me so much more than I ever expected. The staff there actually care and they make sure to learn a lot about you and stay on top of you if you start looking like your sliding back. Group sessions are always great and enjoyable, and the 1 on 1 therapy I received has helped immensely. Definitely recommend, at least from my perspective.

This place is a joke my son Ryan Elliot attended and was high the whole time on probation as well this program let him attend high on meth and even gave him a letter of completion. And don’t tell me you get what you put into it you are an institution that should test once a week and be aware if your clients are high and not write letters of completion. It’s your job paper pushers are what you are and unethical I’m also sober and know how programs work and you guys are definitely not a program that has integrity you’re not helping people you’re pushing paper and getting paid by Medi-Cal and insurance To look good for the court
