I've been receiving physical therapy and chiropractic care for my shoulder. Dr. Alex has been exceptional in his communication and approach to my chiropractic treatment, devising a solid plan to address my shoulder dislocations from the outset. Keenan has been great as a trainer, guiding me through exercises to regain strength in my shoulder. Overall, my experience at Total Healing and Wellness has been excellent. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I love it here. The place is very nice, well decorated, and the people are super nice. They're very thorough with how they adjust you. They ask questions like if they're applying too much pressure or not. They're very fun people to talk to as well! I'd recommend giving this a try.
