I needed surgery for an Inguinal Hernia. My provider network was booked 2 months in advanced just for the consultation, so I searched for and found Torrance Surgical Alliance, AKA Torrance Bariatric Institute. I saw Dr. Jillian Angelo MD, MS. During and after the initial consultation my experience was exemplary. Everyone there in the office was supportive and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I tend to be obsessive about details, and they were all explained to my satisfaction. The surgery center, located on the same floor is immaculate. I found this location through google. Had great reviews so I decided to check them out. The staff were PLATINUM service. Spoke to Doctor Jillian Angelo Caccamo about my hernias. She was VERY professional with me, and had AWESOME bedside manner. Doctor Caccamo answered all of my questions, and was VERY attentive to all of my concerns. The staff, which included Veronica, Bridgette, Maria, and Joshua were all VERY friendly, and VERY professional. They all put me at ease, and I felt like I was treated with PLATINUM service.
