Compassionate, quality care!
Kristen was professional and upbeat when we called and greeted us when we arrived. Bree, the tech, reassured us when she took our kitty back for evaluation and told us the details of the treatment instructions at the end of the visit. Dr. Mori explained what she needed to do to evaluate our kitty and was very reassuring.

Our dog had a eye issue and it was getting worse. We had just moved here and the vet we found was closed but said to go to Thrive if anything happens after hours. I went there late on a Saturday afternoon and was more than impressed with the care. The entire team was gracious and helpful - I don't even know the doctors name - and his condition already seems to be improving. The cost was reasonable considering it was an emergency and I wasn't already a client. I am so thankful for Thrive.
