Compassionate, quality care! Kristen was professional and upbeat when we called and greeted us when we arrived. Bree, the tech, reassured us when she took our kitty back for evaluation and told us the details of the treatment instructions at the end of the visit. Dr. Mori explained what she needed to do to evaluate our kitty and was very reassuring. We highly recommend Thrive Pet Healthcare Urgent Care for those unexpected events that happen with pets!

Our dog had a eye issue and it was getting worse. We had just moved here and the vet we found was closed but said to go to Thrive if anything happens after hours. I went there late on a Saturday afternoon and was more than impressed with the care. The entire team was gracious and helpful - I don't even know the doctors name - and his condition already seems to be improving. The cost was reasonable considering it was an emergency and I wasn't already a client. I am so thankful for Thrive.

I had to visit the clinic urgently today due to an issue with my dog’s eyes. Even though I arrived without an appointment, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I was able to be seen right away. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
As a first-time dog owner, I was feeling quite anxious since there’s still so much I don’t know, but the staff treated me with such care and understanding. They were also wonderful with my dog, which really made me feel at ease and happy.
The clinic itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated.
Although my dog’s condition wasn’t serious, Dr. Mori took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in great detail. She also went beyond the eye issue to discuss other related health matters and even provided printed information for me to take home, which was incredibly helpful. I’m truly grateful for her care.
The pricing was very reasonable, and I would absolutely recommend this clinic to others.

The team at Thrive is so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Visited twice this year. Both times my pup received great care for her illness and injury, and me for my worries. Dr Hong and Kristin are wonderful. Thrive is a great place for immediate care and comfort.

My dog had a wound and needed help. They accommodated us last minute. When we arrived, they took us in right away. The service was great and the people were really kind. They took the time to explain the process and how to help my baby. Overall I had a really great experience here and would definitely go back if needed. I highly recommend this place for your animal babies!

It was a Saturday and my dog needed to be seen, but couldn’t get in to her regular vet, but they recommended Thrive. We could not be happier with the care we received! Pup was taken in quickly, assessed and options given for treatment. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were - especially being urgent care. The staff is amazing and Kristen such a kind, caring person to have helping care for my baby! 10/10 experience and will be our pets’ urgent care from now on!
