I purchased a Brazilian wax on Groupon. I made the appointment and I was on time. She was semi on time. Once I got inside I was told that I had already purchased this Groupon before and basically I could not use it again. When I asked her when was the last time I purchased it she said August 2018. It is now January 2020. From her energy I could sense that she did not want to do the wax and she said that I could pay the difference or get a refund from Groupon. I told her that in the fine print it does not say that you cannot purchase the wax more than once or it is only for new clients.
