I am in the process of purchasing a home in the San Fernando valley. I reached out to several companies to do a foundation inspection for me asap as my contingency period ends today. Sunshine Foundation Repairs went above and beyond. They moved their whole schedule to accommodate mine. Received the foundation report/estimate same day. Solomon my foundation inspector was extremely knowledgeable and showed me photos and explained everything that was happening in my crawl space. The price is super fair! Will definitely be hiring sunshine as soon as escrow closes. Thanks again Solomon, Diana, and team!

I could not recommend this company any higher. I have used them twice with older multi-family properties...one in Orange County and one in Los Angeles. The scheduling was super efficient, communication before, during, and after was excellent. Sam V arrived right on time and was extremely professional and respectful of tenants and their units for interior inspections, then suited up and crawled through mud, and other disgusting things under the house for the exterior evaluation. He gave a complete rundown of what he saw and of his recommendations. Sam was super helpful today when he came out to help us to troubleshoot what we thought was a major issue with our home after the heavy rains. We were worried about some cracks that suddenly appeared after the rains. He was very reassuring and honest which was quite refreshing. Sam let us know that our problem wasn't nearly as bad as what we thought it was. We were so happy to find out that our fix won't cost tens of thousands of dollars and will only take about a day to fix and less than $1,000. Nothing is worse than stressing about your home. The peace of mind he gave us is invaluable!!
