I had such a great experience with Dr. Santi Smitshuvan and her receptionist! Right from the start, the receptionist was super friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. She was organized and quick, so I didn’t have to wait long.

Dr. Smitshuvan was amazing! She really took her time with my eye exam and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I felt like she genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was going on.

Overall, it was a smooth, easy, and really positive visit. I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful for the awesome care I received. Highly recommend this team!

I can't say too much about the Eye Drs here as it was my first eye exam ever so I didn't really know what to expect. But the exam was just fine with no complaints. I can say that the office staff here is awesome. I recently called in to ask a few questions about my exam and prescription that I had done a few years back. I was lucky to reach Laila on my first attempt and she was so nice and helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and very thoroughly. I'm very happy that I came here for my exam as I know that they keep great records and have a very capable and helpful staff.

Hidden Gem in Costco Torrance. Great price for non insurance prescriptions.It cost $109 for basic contact and lens exam. I went on 2/21/2021 and glad they accepted exames during the pandemic by appointment only. The process was seamless, fuss free, and the staff where are all kind.
