Our washing machine was having an intermittent error, and though I could get it to run again, I was sure that something was stuck in there to cause a drain error. I called Sakura because they had come out in 2017 to replace the washing machine door (I had posted a prior review about that excellent service). They sent someone immediately upon calling and made quick time of locating the issue (a plastic tag was clogging the drain), and double checked everything before leaving. Great service, I would recommend them again now that they have saved the day twice!

I called on a Sunday morning to inquire when they could come out (thinking it might be a few days) but to my surprise the person said they could send someone out this morning! Within an hour someone stopped by to check out the dryer. He was able to fix the problem right away and done within 30 minutes! I appreciate the explanation of the warranty and the option to have other items checked on within the timeframe. I forgot the name of the worker but very professional and helpful. I will keep this place for reference for next time!

Technician came out exactly as scheduled to get my refrigerator fixed. Very upfront about costs and options and any issues that may arise in the future. He got my refrigerator working again in under 2 hours, and also fixed my insanely loud dryer while he was here. Gave me recommendations about maintenance I should be doing too. 100% would recommend and I will be calling them again for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.
