This office is the best! I am hearing impaired and they have gone out of their way to give me methods to communicate with them in writing. The staff answers immediately and Dr.Butlig's PA, Monique, is absolutely outstanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
If there was no star I would give that.
I went for preventive care check up which is covered by my insurance. I requested assistant to make sure send only lab test that are fully covered yet they performed few test which are not classified preventive and few which are not costed preventive for my age and few which are not covered until my deductible is met. So now I have to pay 500$+ for test that I did not even wanted to be done at first place. Their staff even stop responding to my emails. They don’t pick up calling number anytime.
I absolutely love Dr. Krystal she’s down to earth and she cares about her patients. I love how I can text the front desk instead of waiting on hold for a long amount of time. Always in and out I love this office
