Providence Axminster Medical Group - Torrance

Good luck getting your phone call answered. I have held up to 1 hour, 17 minutes. Finally got through on April 4th and cannot see a doctor until late September.

Actually, this is one of the best medical groups in Los Angeles, In terms, of the quality of care given I must rate them ten stars. This medical group is better than Kaiser Permanents in terms of medical care and service. My NP H.Lee sent out for testing and found out I had a kidney stone. The following day she sent me to get a Cat scan than scheduled to have it removed within a week. When you schedule an appointment. You do not have to wait countless hours. All appointments schedule the patient is seen on time. Oh, the new name is Providence Axminister Group. I would not choose any other group but this one.

Had an awful experience with Axminster Medical Group customer service so of course when I googled them I was not surprised to see many similar reviews.It took 2 weeks to get an approved authorization when it should have taken a couple of days max. THEN once i got my approval I contacted the approved doctor to schedule an appointment and I was told that they don't accept this insurance and medical group. So i called Axminster back and let them know what I had been told. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude.
