Par for the course as far as large property management companies go. Living at one of their properties as a tenant makes one thing immediately obvious: the property owners are their valued customers, not so much the tenants. I would call their overall management style “aloof”, which is actually ok when nothing is going wrong. But if anything does break (not helped by the minimalist approach they take to upkeep), they are largely unhelpful and sometimes outright unfair. But again, I can’t say they are necessarily any better or worse than any other management conglomerate out there. My move-in process with Pinnacle Property Management was prompt and smooth. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication with regards to quickness and detail. In particular, Plwashah Qureshi (Asha) helped me throughout this process, and 5 stars does not begin to explain my satisfaction with Asha's service and Pinnacle Property Management. With regards to the unit that I moved into, the space was very clean, tidy, and honest. I have zero complaints.Moving can be stressful, so I appreciate Pinnacle and Asha for making this a pleasurable experience for me!

I lived in a Pinnacle-managed apartment for three years and had a great experience. Candice was always super responsive, they were quick to fix any issues that came up and were really on top of maintenance. I'd rent from them again without any hesitation.
