As the owner of multiple properties in the South Bay I really needed someone I could trust to give me the lay of the land in this fluctuating market. Ty Harman met with me for as long as I needed and was comfortable. Explained everything I had questions about and walked me through several scenarios and the processes for each. I feel relieved, informed and educated. Ty’s no nonsense approach was refreshing to say the least. He is my realtor for life.
