Erika did my hair twice and she honestly did a great job. Her work was neat and lasted a long time with proper care. I was so happy to have found a great hair braider in the south bay but unfortunately my search still continues because although she did a great job on my hair, on both occasions she was late to our appointment and I'm talking 45-60 minutes late each time with little to no reason or apology. I understand things come up and was kind about it each time but I could not keep going back to someone who was careless and inconsiderate to their clients time. Like I said I stand by her work but not her work ethic so unfortunately I did not go back a 3rd time... read full review
