I went in as a first time client and only paid 45 dollars because of a very nice first time client promo. Such a great deal. There was absolutely no problems with it being honored during checkout.
Lorena (the owner) is the one that did my Brazilian. She was so professional, friendly, and kind. She made feel very comfortable and welcomed. Before my service she informed me about the product they use and what sets them apart from other wax products. I really appreciated that. It shows how educated and informed she is. this was my first time getting waxed ever i had the most amazing time i felt so comfortable and not awkward at all everyone is so beyond sweet and i will definitely be recommending and coming back!
I was a first-time client and Alondra very sweetly helped me through the booking process, answered my questions, and was so efficient that she was able to fit in two add-on services during my appointment and before her next client so I didn’t have to wait around. I will definitely be using Organic Sugar Spa from now on and asking for Alondra!
