@Mike came out to do a regular maintenance, as part of purchasing the unit 3 years ago, and he fixed a minor problem with the system. NC. I also had a problem with some electrical issues. Referring me to their sister company - All Power, he got the technician Alex, from there on the phone and solved the mystery. NC. @Alex was willing to come out immediately - so thumbs up for him too! I cannot thank Mike and One Way Heating & Air for their friendly, informative and GO BEYOND THE JOB. They were great three years ago for the installation and co to ie to be amazing. Thanks Mike! I would give 6 stars, but 5 is the top.
Can't say enough good things about this company. Highly qualified and capable. They have replaced AC capacitor, thermostat for heater and our ailing attic fans. All with care. You will feel taken care of.
We had One Way replace our gas furnace and ducting with a Bryant heat pump system. They were very professional and did a high quality installation. The system works great. We highly recommend One Way Heating & Air !
