We hired them, through Costco, to install a whole-house water system. The installation went smoothly and the system has worked well. The installation crew was efficient, answered all our questions and removed all debris from the old water system.

The service performed was annual maintenance on a tankless water heater. NexGen installed it several years ago. It was easy to schedule the appointment. The technician was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and completed the maintenance on time. Good value.

Great customer service from my tech Jocelene! Talked to me in layman's terms, showed me photos to help me I understand the issues and helped me in every way possible, even working overtime without ever making me feel she needed to leave. I recommend asking for Jocelene as your tech and especially if you are a woman with no knowledge how an HVAC works. Great work ethic, customer service and attention to detail. Curtis is another person I want to acknowledge, he checked up on his worker, gave me a call, asked me if I had questions and made me feel I was seen and heard.
