I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Tim was incredibly patient with me. I changed my mind a few times about what I wanted, and he never once made me feel rushed or annoyed. He was kind, attentive, and made sure I was completely happy with my nails.
We even ended up staying past closing time, and they still treated me with care and professionalism. That really meant a lot. My nails turned out beautiful, and the whole experience felt welcoming and relaxed.
I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Thi is amazing! She’s very thorough on my gel pedicures. I love the way she shapes my nail. She also paints very neat. She takes her time but isn’t too slow. Very friendly and is on time. Shes ready when I get there and I don’t ever have to wait for her to finish working on the previous client.

The service my client w dementia received from our tech, Rose was great. Days prior I had scheduled the appointment for 11 ( on a Friday when they had an open appointment). We arrived at 10:55 and the place was packed. Most ladies were getting mani/pedis so everyone was busy. It was frustrating because I had to try to keep my client calm and not demanding to leave. Reception staff was unable to do anything, but she did get his feet soaking and got us a drink. Once Rose was on the scene, my client was happy.
