I definitely don’t like that my wait time is always 2 to 3 hours longer than what set appointment is. Doesn’t makes sense for me to have an appointment if i’m gonna be waiting longer. Also I don’t like that the hour on google don’t match what’s on the phone when you call. Staff about one hour and a half before closing they don’t answer the phones knowing that they are still open. I just need more professionalism all around.

5 STARS. To Dr. B!! Best dentist I’ve ever had. His staff overbooks clients, expect to sit there for hours and hours before you are seen. I also made the big mistake to get my Invisalign treatment with their Ortho… algo great doctor, TERRIBLE staff. They don’t answer the phone, when they do; they put you on hold, for sure will tell you they will call you back … they don’t !!!
Both my kids stopped going there and switched dentists due to the long long long wait

Dr. B and his team treat you like family!! I have been coming here for over 10 years and I REFUSE to go anywhere else. Zayra manages the team very efficiently and the crew provides great service. Before going to Modern Dental, I feared going to the dentist. After coming here and getting precodures like veneers, fillings, and even tooth extractions, I can confidently say Modern Dental has made me feel so safe and worry-free! Their flexible payment options are very nice as well. Love this place ?
