The customer service is excellent! I never had a problem since I've been with Mariner in the last year with customer service. everyone is friendly and nice. The procedure and the process of refinancing your car is too expensive it's just gouging people who are in need, taking advantage because we're desperate---- 28% is a lot to refinance a vehicle. thank you Mariner customer service

I was treated warmly and show a chair and offered a beverage. The lady at the front desk knowinger colleagues were busy get the authorization to help me and she did wonderful job. SO FAR SO GOOD. YOU FOLKS SEEM TO BE ON THE UP AND UP AND I THANK YOU.
