Oh my god, I am so happy I chose the Torrance location for my 1st experience at Madison’s. 1st of easy to find and parking is available. As you enter the place is clean and organized. I was greeted and checked in. Then my wonderful experience started. I was asked some questions over what I was looking for as the shade and tone of hair color. I was shown some examples and given the suggestions. My licensed colorist was great we chose a red tone and my hair is long very long and was different shades. She was great with the whole services. Placing the color on my hair. Washing my hair. Doing the blow out and suggesting products to help the color stay longer.

Great session today. Shawnee did my color and Mary Jo washed my hair. Check in at the store and on the app worked and the wash basin by the all appears to be draining properly. I had a good time. Thanks everyone. Ok, bye.
Shawny is always ready for me, professional, an expert at all the services she provides, is personable and a joy to work with. She listens to my requests and does her best to accommodate me. All of the salon staff are personable and acknowledge you when you walk in. I always feel welcomed and comfortable every time I go there.
