The hairdresser was fantastic—I was really happy with my hair.
Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was the complete opposite. The blonde woman with glasses working this morning was incredibly rude, dismissive, and condescending. It genuinely felt like she went out of her way to make the interaction unpleasant. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and this fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses it because the stylist deserves better representation.

I love this DryBar location! I go here whenever I visit LA and all the staff are so welcoming and professional. On this particular visit on 3/11, I was running a little late but Arianna L. managed to save my appt and book me with Jillian. I loved my blowout and appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Always an amazing experience!

I’ll start by saying I have 4C Keratin treated hair. I was in a pinch after working thru my regular appointment with my hairstylist and decided to try out Dry Bar ( for the first time in ten years). The recent online reviews were daunting but I have to say I had a great experience. I called to make sure they had someone who could do textured hair, and we coordinated how much time the stylist would need (more then the standard 45 I said 1 to 1.5 hours would be good) I came in a little early, was seated early and Jillian did her THING.
