I have been going to drybar weekly for a year. The service has declined so much. More and more frequently they are running behind schedule. No one says anything, no apologies, no information about how long. Then tonight while I scheduled an up do, there is no one to do it.A tad upset.

I walked in last minute with my friend on the day of her wedding to get her hair dry styled and Destiny provided us with the best customer service. She squeezed her in last minute and Jennifer took amazing care of her. She styled it exactly how she wanted it. If I ever have to do my hair again I will book at this location.Service: Hairstyling

I have been coming here for years.. Obviously during the pandemic there was a lull but I'm back now coming regularly and I can't recommend Nicte enough. Not only a talented stylist but so friendly and attentive. She gives the best shampoos also. If you are headed there or maybe you didn't have a good experience with someone else I recco you go again and make an appointment with Nikki - she's the best!!
