Ok here is my experience.... We bought an older home and the pipes were in the slab but with huge root issues. I 1st hired Lucas (Ritz) Plumbing to line the center portion of my house. I will not lie there were a few issues at first but all of those were corrected. They stayed as long as it took and sent as many men as it took to finish the job and make sure that I was happy. Oscar, the project manager is Great! He is knowledgeable and gets things done. Since then I have had to line two additional sections of our property and I have used Oscar and his crew. The two guys from Lucas came within the prearranged time window and easily used the 'snake' to solve my drain problem. The were clean, friendly and did only what was needed.

Jose and Nick came out on a Wed afternoon because I had some sort of leak below ground. They were on time, professional, and literally within half an hour they pinpointed the location of the leak and made the repairs. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and clearly experienced at what they do. I would highly recommend them, and call them again the next time I need a plumber.
