My first eye exam and I went on 1.24.24. Dr. Shimizu explained in detail and was very thorough. My eye exam went very well. Don Salguero (Optical Manager) excellent service and explained and was patient and kind! I purchased my first pair of prescription glasses at the age of 53! Thank you very much.Rowena

Under new management! I believe his name is Don. He is super helpful and very knowledgeable! I’ve had bad experience with other opticals before where they don’t really give you options and just a price. I would like to understand what I’m getting than just given a huge quote and don explain everything I ask and there prices are great!

I just want to say that I love JCPenney optical. A very big shout out to Melissa that works there. She has helped me many times. I am not good at picking out glasses for myself. I had been in a rut for years always picking the same type of frames from somewhere else. I stumbled upon JCPenney optical and I have not looked back. Melissa was there the first time I went into the optical store. I will only specifically go when she is there. She is so sweet, friendly and most of all helpful. She has excellent taste in my opinion. I hope she works there forever. lol Highly recommend! I have bought several pairs of glasses and sunglasses there.
