Ana at Hair is Us is the best hairstylist I've ever been to. She has a loyal customer for life! She gave me the best haircut I've ever had (I'm 45 so I've had a few!) and did such a great job on my highlights. She did them in a way where they grew out nicely and lasted a long time. Also, she took her time to do a nice job and her prices are very reasonable. As for her customer service, I'm surprised at other comments about her being rude. I love what Anna did to my hair! I purchased a hair package from Groupon and Anna was very accommodating. She's definitely an expert on this. I was hesitant to have highlights or balayage cus last time I did(from another salon) my hair became dry and dull. She suggested style and color for me and I trusted her and it turned out beautiful! Will definitey going back.

Anna was amazing! My daughter needed a haircut very badly and Anna made the process easy. Anna made my teen daughter comfortable by showing her the length she was cutting before hand. Anna looked at a TikTok video and understood 100% what my daughter was looking for. My daughter couldn't be happier! We will definitely be repeat customers!
