customer service sucks , I would rather pay more at Old Masters or S&S ?

They only sell to contractors with a license, regular customers cannot purchase product here. That is not made clear on their website.

Jason Speight, the manager, is rude and condescending. He has no business being in customer service, let alone managing a store. When I went into the Irvine location he overcharged me for products that I paid cash for and didn’t provide a receipt. Once I realized the error he refused to assist me with a return or price correction, saying he had no record of my order. He became aggressive and told me it wasn’t his job to help customers. I would never step foot in this store again and will tell every contractor I know about the experience I had here.
