I love this place and Jerry is the best. My trainer utilizes this gym for our sessions. It's clean, orderly and all the trainers are respectful. You'd have to go in to see what each trainer charges. However because of the owner I personally stay encouraged to stay fit to age gracefully.

Jerry is the best trainer I have experienced. He really focuses on form and technique first before pushing you to lift heavy. This way, you learn proper form and do not get hurt. His intuition and experience guides his coaching and he gives you the confidence to grow in your fitness goals and lift heavier by pushing you exactly enough that you feel strong and safe. My body has changed tremendously thanks to his coaching and I am in the best shape of my life. I feel strong, empowered and beautiful 💪🏾

This gym has been HOME to me for 7 years! I train/lift with Jerry. He’s the best. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has helped improve my technique and physique tremendously through the years. I also take the boot camp classes. All coaches are fun and knowledgeable. I highly recommend joining Elite Fitness to meet your fitness goals and challenge yourself to new ones!
