What an amazing experience with Dr. Marsico and all the staff. They are all nice, accommodating and most especially patient and understanding to seniors who are hard to handle. Waiting time is not bad just few minutes compared to other clinics. Dr. Marsico has an exemplary bed side manner. He is indeed outstanding in his chosen specialization! He is so detailed and took time to examine my Aunt's eyes to make sure the bacteria from her shingles didn't go to her retina. Plus has an ample parking! Definitely highly recommended!
Always lovely. Front office is great. Adore my doctor. Only problem is that I need a detailed receipt for my co-pays and it takes a month to get them. A bit frustrating but the doctor and staff make up for it.
My app.was on time the secretary at the desk was so polite and kind called in by a technician little nervous she made comfortable when seen by Dr.Brar he explained about my cataracts made me less nervous after explained see you in 1 year Thank you EastWest Eye institute
