Sal Carillo in the back where you order tile provided great service. Had an old style tile in stock, couldn't get at Home Depot. Only needed one other specialty stores, didnt have it or 50%-100% higher in price. As a Handyman I would really recommend this place to all Realtors and Contractors! Buena Onda!

Michelle is rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She doesn't care, doesn't want to do her jobs. She turned my husband away x2 in person and on the phone. It seems like the company aware of her behavior based on the reviews here but nobody takes action. Obviously we will never come back here, terrible customers service!

I came here 3 times and every time I feel like Michelle could care less about me as a customer and my project. So unwelcoming and arrogant. Came here to read other reviews and the bad reviews are all about the ladies, in my case, Michelle in the showroom. She was very dismissive and didn’t seem willing to work with me to get my project going. First time I came, she took my info and said she will email me. No email. Today, she was going to do the same thing, and I insisted to get the info there and then. She said she’s got emails to tend to so I will have to wait. The showroom was absolutely empty when I got there. And then after proceeded to jump on the phone and chat happily with whoever on the phone. Very unprofessional. Daltile should look into who you’re hiring for the front of your showroom. I am looking elsewhere to get my tiles.

Nice staff. Solid selection. Found the new tile we fell in love with for our new backsplash in our new kitchen. Definitely worth going there.

Was sent here by our contractor to pick out tile for a bathroom reno. I’m not sure if an appointment was needed but they acted like we didn’t even exist, not even saying hello or welcome when we came in and out of the 3 employees working no one asked us if we needed any help. There was only one other customer so it wasn’t that they were all busy and it’s a pretty small showroom. After looking through the samples on our own we didn’t feel very inspired and went elsewhere.
