It was my first time here. My hair type is curly and it was long to my elbow but I needed to get rid of the memories in it so I chopped it off. The women who cut my hair was so sweet and nice she called me hun the entire time. I got like a shaggy bob cut and I was nervous and the women could tell so she took her time and every transition she was making to my hair she made sure to talk to me first before just doing it.
I am so happy with my hair it was worth the 65$ (including tip and shampoo).
It wasn't me, but my girlfriend. She's been going for several years now, always getting a balayage in different colors. Usually reds or browns or in-between.
They always wash her hair, if you're getting any major service, it's thrown in for free so you might as well, and then she gets a keratin treatment and a trim with some layering and styling involved.
The following are not complaint but critiques: sometimes the finished color isn't as dark or bright as the dye or the example pictures; sometimes the balayage doesn't get blended with the roots all that well.

I love the stylists here, especially Gina. They are always warm and welcoming and can accommodate me for appointments, even when I make them the same day. Beautiful cuts, great shampoo and blowout, and I even come here for special occasion hair styling. I don't know what I would do with them!
